Verzend-, verpakkings-, handling- en administratiekosten voor diverse bestemmingen.
De hoogte van deze kosten wordt bepaald door de afmetingen en gewicht van de enveloppe, het doosje of het pakket en het land van bestemming. Wij hanteren standaard maximale verpakkingsmaten en -gewichten die door de diverse pakketdiensten zijn voorgeschreven, worden deze overschreden dan is er sprake van een verzendtoeslag. Deze toeslag wordt door ons naberekend en dient voorafgaand aan de verzending betaald te worden.
Wepa Flyer bepaalt de wijze van verzending, altijd kiezend voor de zekerste, snelste en goedkoopste verzendweg.
Verzendingen geschieden hoofdzakelijk met DPD, GLS en PostNL, maar indien noodzakelijk en gewenst wordt er ook met DHL, UPS en FedEx verzonden.
Verpakkingen langer dan 130cm hebben altijd een toeslag t.h.v. € 4,95. Deze toeslag wordt automatisch bij de bestelling aangegeven in het bestelformulier en verrekend.
Let op!: Om überhaupt met één van de genoemde pakketdiensten via de reguliere weg verzonden te kunnen worden, mogen de pakketten maximaal 32kg wegen, een maximale lengte van 200cm en een maximale gordelomvang (1x Lengte + 2x Breedte + 2x Hoogte) van 300 cm hebben. In deze lijst geven wij voor de betreffende landen de verzendkosten aan bij de voor dat land geldende maximale verpakkingsafmetingen en -gewichten, deze staan duidelijk vermeld. Bij overschrijding zal er sprake zijn van een verzendkostentoeslag, welke wij aan de besteller zullen mededelen; deze toeslag dient vóór verzending betaald te worden. Indien het afleveradres op een eiland ligt, is er vaak sprake van een eilandtoeslag, ook deze toeslag zal door ons bij bestellingsontvangst aan de besteller worden medegedeeld. Tenslotte zal er bij diverse landen sprake zijn van douanekosten als de aangegeven maximale verpakkingsmaten en -gewichten overschreden worden en ook deze zullen voorafgaand aan de levering betaald dienen te worden.
Twijfelt u of wilt u vooraf de exacte hoogte van de verzendkosten weten, neemt u dan contact met ons op via of telefonisch via +31 (0)316 584900. Vertelt u ons dan precies wat u wilt bestellen, dan kunnen wij zien of er een toeslag berekend gaat worden.
Alternatief kunt u in dit geval ook uw bestelling gewoon invoeren en insturen, gaat u dan als volgt te werk:
Voer de bestelling met volledige adresgegevens in en kies voor de betalingsoptie CONTANT BIJ AFHALING. Kiest u als bestemmingsland NEDERLAND opdat het systeem de bestelling aanneemt en bevestigt. In het veld OPMERKINGEN vult u dan het daadwerkelijke BESTEMMINGSLAND in. U ontvangt dan de orderbevestiging ZONDER de verzendkosten. Wij checken volume en gewicht van de bestelling en delen u dan de verzendkosten mee. Indien u hiermee instemt, betaalt u ons het totaalbedrag van bestelling + verzendkosten. Na betalingsontvangst wordt de bestelling verzonden.
In onderstaande tabel vindt u een overzicht van de verzendkosten all-in per land.
Leveringen van pakketten naar een DPD Parcelshop zijn gebonden aan maximale afmetingen en gewicht per pakket. De maximale lengte mag 100cm bedragen, de maximale gordelomvang (1x Lengte + 2x Breedte + 2x Hoogte) mag 250cm zijn en het pakket mag maximaal 20kg wegen. Is het pakket groter of zwaarder, dan dient het naar een gewoon adres verstuurd te worden.
In geval de levering naar een eiland of een afgelegen gebied (remote area) dient plaats te vinden, is er vaak sprake van een "eiland- cq remote area-toeslag".
Omdat dit per land en regio nogal verschilt, wordt een eventuele eilandtoeslag door ons naberekend.
Via navolgende link eilandentoeslagenlijst ziet u in een overzicht alle eilanden en regio’s binnen Europa waarvoor een (eiland- cq remote area)toeslag geldt.
Bij alle in bovenstaande lijst vermelde landen die geen EU lid zijn, wordt het BTW-bedrag @ 21% bij een bestelling automatisch in mindering gebracht. Mocht dit onverhoopt niet het geval zijn, neem dan contact met ons op.

Shipping, packaging, handling and administration costs for various destinations.
The amount of these costs is determined by the dimensions and weight of the envelope, box or package and the country of destination. We use standard maximum packaging sizes and weights prescribed by the various parcel services. If these are exceeded, a shipping surcharge will apply. This surcharge will be calculated by us and must be paid prior to shipment.
Wepa Flyer determines the method of shipment, always choosing the safest, fastest and cheapest method.
Shipments are mainly made with DPD, GLS and PostNL, but if necessary and desired, we also ship with DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Packaging longer than 130cm always has a surcharge of € 4,95. This surcharge is automatically indicated in the order form and settled with the order.

Alternatively, in this case you can also simply enter and submit your order, then proceed as follows: enter the order with full address details and choose the payment option CONTANT BIJ AFHALING = CASH ON COLLECTION. Choose NEDERLAND (NETHERLANDS) as destination country so that the system accepts and confirms the order. Enter the actual DESTINATION COUNTRY in the field OPMERKINGEN (REMARKS). You will then receive the order confirmation WITHOUT the shipping costs. We check the volume and weigth of the order and then inform you of the shipping costs. If you agree, you pay us the total amount of the order + shipping costs. After receipt of payment, the order will be shipped.

Parcel deliveries to a DPD Parcelshop are subject to maximum dimensions and weight per parcel. The maximum length may be 100 cm, the maximum belt size (1x Length + 2x Width + 2x Height) may be 250 cm and the package may weigh a maximum of 20 kg. If the package is larger or heavier, it must be sent to a normal address.
If the delivery has to take place to an island or a remote area, there is often an "island or remote area surcharge".
Because this differs considerably per country and region, any island or remote area surcharge will be recalculated by us..

For all countries listed above that are not EU members, the VAT-amount (BTW) @ 21% is automatically deducted from an order. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, please contact us.
